TMMi assessment
A TMMi-Foundation accredited assessment of an organizations test processes against the Test Maturity Model integration framework, conducted by an accredited lead assessor.
The deliverables include a written, detailed report with findings and recommendations, a PowerPoint presentation, tailored by audience, summarizing the findings and recommendations, and, if applicable, any metrics analysis performed (e.g., to determine test automation ROI, defect detection effectiveness, defect management effectiveness, etc.). For TMMI assessments, the option is available, through the use of a second assessor, to perform a formal assessment, with the organization’s test maturity posted on the TMMi Foundation website.
